Solicitor / Legal Executive – Serious & Catastrophic Injury (Claimant)

Experience Required: 1–5 PQE

Location: Woking

Manage your own caseload of serious injury matters, primarily multi-track claims, and support senior colleagues on complex, high-value catastrophic cases. The firm is recognized for putting clients first, refusing unnecessary deductions from damages, and ensuring injured individuals receive full support and compensation. They are committed to developing talent and delivering meaningful outcomes.

The Candidate:

• Driven and empathetic solicitor or legal executive with strong experience in claimant personal injury work.
• Confident managing multi-track matters independently and contributing to complex catastrophic injury cases involving brain, spinal cord, amputation, or chronic pain injuries. A commitment to client care and a collaborative approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of serious injury multi-track claims and lower-value matters when required.
• Work closely with senior colleagues on high-value catastrophic injury claims.
• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system.
• Engage in training, development, and continuous legal education.
• Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with occasional visits to the Warwick office (1-2 days per week or fortnight).

This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home and their Warwick-based office, providing autonomy and the chance to make a real difference.
