Solicitor / Legal Executive – Serious & Catastrophic Injury (Claimant)

Experience Required: 1–5 PQE

Location: Leeds

The Candidate:

• Driven and empathetic solicitor or legal executive with strong claimant personal injury experience.
• Confident managing multi-track matters independently and contributing to complex catastrophic injury cases involving brain, spinal cord, amputation, or chronic pain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of serious injury multi-track claims and lower-value matters when required.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on high-value catastrophic injury claims.
• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system.
• Engage in training, development, and continuous legal education.
• Enjoy flexible remote work with occasional visits to the Warwick office (1-2 days per week or fortnight).
