Serious and Catastrophic Injury Paralegal (NDA145932) Manchester, England

Salary: GBP24000 - GBP28000 per annum

Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting opportunity for a Serious and Catastrophic Injury Paralegal at a prestigious law firm in Manchester.

The role involves assisting solicitors with a diverse multi-track caseload and managing your own MOJ portal caseload. Key responsibilities include taking client instructions, discussing funding options, interviewing clients and witnesses, coordinating medical appointments, and reviewing medical records.

The most desirable candidates will possess academic qualifications in law (LPC is advantageous), experience of MOJ portal work, paralegal experience within personal injury, experience of fast track or multi-track matters, and a sound understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and protocols.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing, have the ability to be pleasant but assertive with colleagues and clients, and be well-organized and enthusiastic.
