September Start – Cover Supervisor Roles (Ideal for Confident Individuals or Graduates)

Location: Stoke and Staffordshire
Start Date: September 2025

Teaching Personnel are recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Stoke and Staffordshire from September.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment is maintained.

This is an excellent opportunity for those considering a career in teaching or education, especially recent graduates or individuals with experience working with young people.

The role involves:

  • Supervising classes and ensuring pupils remain on task
  • Delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects
  • Managing behaviour in line with school policy
  • Providing feedback on student behaviour and engagement
