Your role:

The Sun is looking for a talented writer to produce stories with SEO principles baked in.

Our casual SEO journalists work on a rota, but this isn’t a full time position.

Day to day you will:
  1. Writing stories on a variety of topics
  2. Ensuring all stories are grammatically correct and well-edited
  3. Able to conduct in-depth research to keep our readers informed and entertained
  4. Contact sources/PR executives for further information on stories when required
  5. Have a thorough knowledge of the IPSO Code of Conduct, media law and ethical considerations

  1. Experience writing to a deadline in a fast-paced environment
  2. Strong understanding of daily news trends
