Starcom Melbourne is seeking an SEO Account Manager to shape the future of organic search for globally recognised brands. You will lead strategic SEO programmes combining technical excellence, content innovation and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SEO programmes for complex client accounts.
• Solid understanding of crawling, indexing, site architecture, and performance.
• Ability to analyse data in analytics tools and translate into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated SEO strategies aligned to client goals.
• Oversee technical SEO audits, migrations and optimisation initiatives.
• Coach and develop SEO Executives through feedback and mentoring.
• Collaborate with Paid Search, Social, Content and CRO to create connected strategies.
• Interpret performance data and produce actionable recommendations to improve visibility and ROI.
• Present strategies and results clearly to clients with commercial relevance.
• Identify opportunities in AI-driven search and evolving technologies.
