About The Role

The SEO Manager is responsible for developing and designing the organic search strategy for Dyson GB&I. They will collaborate internally and with agency partners to recommend and execute best-in-class on-site optimisation to improve ranking and visibility. The role involves delivering a growth strategy across our cross-category portfolio, prioritising customer experience and the Dyson brand.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Drive successful campaigns across search engines within Performance marketing.
  2. Act as the strategic lead for organic search channels, working closely with channel specialists at the media agency.
  3. Manage search budget and reporting in collaboration with E-Commerce and Digital Managers.
  4. Continuously optimise keywords and channels based on performance, building testing roadmaps to enhance acquisition and retention.
  5. Provide strategic guidance on SEO and optimisation.
  6. Increase traffic share from SEO and improve conversion rates of that traffic.
  7. Promote a digital content-first mindset and drive down media costs.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in SEA/SEO roles, either on the client or agency side.
  • A degree in Digital Marketing or a related field is preferable.
  • Experience reviewing technical SEO issues and recommending fixes.
  • Experience with off-page optimisation projects, such as link-building.
  • Skills in developing and maintaining site structures optimized for crawlers.
  • Ability to develop content based on target keyword research.
  • Experience in building internal linking structures.
  • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive briefing processes for internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of various paid media platforms.
  • Ability to analyse and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics, providing data-driven insights to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building relationships internally and externally, including managing external agencies.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and costs within projects.
