I am working with a Global Beauty Retailer in London to help them hire for an SEO Manager. The brand has grown rapidly over the last few years, with a successful D2C site and over 70 stores across the UK, Ireland and US.
About the Role:
- Manage and onboard an external SEO agency who will lead on the SEO strategy.
- Lead the internal execution of SEO initiatives, collaborating with Content, UX and Commercial teams.
- Manage all SEO-related projects, setting clear roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs to measure success.
- Work closely with the development team to implement technical SEO enhancements.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimise existing on-page content.
- Optimise and create content that enhances search visibility, leveraging keyword research and performance analysis.
- Measurement of SEO and reporting.
Qualifications:
- +3 years experience in an SEO role
- Retail/eCommerce background would be ideal
- Global SEO experience would be a bonus
