Job description

We are looking for an SEO Manager to join the digital marketing team in our London office. If you have experience managing an SEO team, either in-house or at an agency, and you’re looking to step up and lead a global organic growth strategy, this is the opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing the UK and international SEO strategies
  • Ensuring the SEO team deliver the traffic and revenue targets
  • Performing keyword research and competitor analysis and providing actionable insights
  • Providing trends and insights to other departments across the business
  • Driving the on-page and off-page activity to optimise the site
  • Performing comprehensive technical SEO audits of each site and identifying issues
  • Leading the content strategy
  • Collaborating with other teams such as Dev, UX, PPC & Social
  • Building weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Staying up to date with the latest algorithm updates and adapting the strategy accordingly

We'd love to meet someone with

  • 4+ years of SEO experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience working with ecommerce clients
  • Ideally international SEO experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience in using CMS to implement site changes
  • An analytical approach
  • Knowledge of analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs
  • Additional language a bonus but not essential

  • Solid understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
