What you will do

1. Lead and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy across on-page, technical, off-page, and analytical pillars to drive revenue and traffic growth.
2. Conduct content audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization in collaboration with content teams, freelancers, and agencies.
3. Shape and deliver the Technical SEO roadmap, including audits, competitor analysis, and implementation of AI-informed recommendations with developers.
4. Execute and oversee outreach and link-building strategies with PR and external partners to strengthen domain authority.
5. Monitor SEO performance through analytics dashboards and report weekly on key metrics and trends.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate proactively with stakeholders to align SEO initiatives with business goals.

What you should bring

1. 4+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of driving organic growth in the UK market.
2. Deep expertise across on-page, technical, and off-page SEO, with strong content and keyword strategy capabilities.
3. Proficient in key SEO and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Majestic, Botify, and STAT.
4. Solid understanding of AI platforms and large language model (LLM) concepts.
5. Data-driven with a strong ability to translate insights into actionable SEO strategies.
6. Excellent English communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with agencies and freelancers.
