Job summary

Worthy & True, a growing digital marketing agency in the Bath area, is seeking an SEO Manager to lead off-page SEO, link building and digital PR campaigns for its clients. Hybrid role with flexible work from home.

You will manage client relationships, guide campaign strategy and delivery, and help train junior team members. A background in SEO, content creation or digital PR with outreach and research is preferred.

We are searching for an SEO Manager for a growing and well respected digital marketing agency in the Bath area.

Location: Bath area, hybrid role with flex to work from home

Required skills & experience

SEO or Digital Marketing management experience to lead off-page SEO, link building, and digital PR campaigns for the agency's clients.

In this role, you'll manage client relationships, guide campaign strategy and delivery, and help train and support junior SEO team members. You should have a background in SEO, content creation, or digital PR, and be confident with outreach, competitor research, and generating creative campaign ideas.

You'll work closely with the Head of Client Services and our wider team to deliver high-impact, results-driven campaigns.

Ideally you have worked in an SEO role previously, or you may have had a digital marketing role previously and SEO was a big focus.
