Digital Marketing Team

Our team drives growth across the Bloom & Wild and bloomon brands in seven markets by collaborating with teams like Business Intelligence, Data, Commercial, Product, Brand, and Creative to deliver innovative, measurable campaigns. We are organized into three core teams based in the UK and the Netherlands:

Retention & CRM - nurturing existing customers through email, text, push notifications, and digital channels to increase conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue.

Acquisition - attracting new high-quality customers and working closely with the Retention Performance team to optimize paid channels for returning customers.

Marketing Innovation & Loyalty - driving innovation in marketing channels, building relationships, and increasing customer loyalty through targeted, personalized campaigns.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading and executing the SEO strategy for Bloom & Wild and bloomon across markets, reporting to the Performance Marketing Director.
  • Developing comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and seasonal campaigns.
  • Overseeing content planning, creation, and optimization, including keyword research and content calendar management.
  • Monitoring SEO metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Managing relationships and budgets with external SEO agencies and freelancers.

Market-specific responsibilities include managing SEO agency relationships, content updates, technical SEO audits, and keyword research for the UK, Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium markets.

  • Have proven experience in SEO strategy and implementation, preferably in a D2C business.
  • Possess strong technical, content, and link-building SEO skills.
  • Have excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple markets and stakeholders.
  • Are experienced in managing external agencies and freelancers.
  • Understand e-commerce and seasonal calendars.
  • Are proactive, outcome-driven, innovative, and organized.
