Reporting to the Chief Investigator, this role involves managing operational objectives and leading cases under legislation such as the Insolvency Act 1986, Fraud Act 2006, and others, including Scottish legislation and ECCTA 2023.

The role is based in NWRC Manchester, with a hybrid working model requiring attendance at the office, court, and site visits. Regular travel and occasional overnight stays are expected for stakeholder meetings, witness interviews, and court appearances.
