Job summary

Croud is seeking a curious, creative SEO-focused professional to lead day-to-day SEO activity for key clients. You will collaborate with Senior Account Managers and Directors to implement strategies, coordinate internal and external teams, and drive performance toward client objectives.

You will own reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking while contributing to internal training and the development of scalable SEO processes within a hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent / relevant work experience.
• Demonstrable experience in SEO Marketing.
• Clear passion for digital marketing and strong understanding of SEO.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Impeccable attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets and draw insights.
• Highly organized with strong multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Good negotiation and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set and implement client SEO strategy with senior managers to increase profit.
• Develop and drive client Account Development Plans within your portfolio to sustain growth.
• Innovate new ideas, techniques, and products for client strategy.
• Manage client performance activities across the team, including optimisation and QA of network output.
• Ensure high-quality client implementations across editorial, optimisation and engine mirrors.
• Analyze data to identify trends, troubleshoot anomalies, and take corrective actions.
• Deliver excellent communication and client service standards for each client.
• Support internal training modules and development sessions.
• Contribute to technology adoption and monitor market trends to inform the roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to upsell from Croud’s digital services.
