The role

The SEO Executive (in-house Lead) will collaborate with the brand trading squad to advise on SEO improvements, best practices, and implementation through their workstreams.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing the SEO strategy across onsite content, digital PR, and technical SEO.
• Partnering with Brand Trading Squads to provide SEO advice and support.
• Supporting SEO performance forecasting for the brand.
• Owning the brand-level SEO plan and influencing the overall strategy.
• Managing relationships with stakeholders and supporting process improvements.
• Working with third parties to achieve top results.
• Addressing SEO challenges and escalating issues as needed.

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum of 2 years managing SEO projects.
• Experience in on-page, technical SEO, site structure, and content creation.
• Understanding of customer intent and SEO-UX relationship.
• Proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Results-driven, organized, and excellent communicator.
• Proactive with the ability to work independently.
