Job summary

Woodgreen Pets Charity is seeking an experienced Digital Content Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on planning and delivering digital content, expanding our SEO strategy, and improving audience engagement across Woodgreen websites and channels.

You will manage content direction using analytics, create compelling copy for diverse audiences, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering digital content and SEO strategies.
• Ability to create engaging copy for multiple audiences and channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, driving and optimisation of digital content and SEO strategies.
• Produce a range of digital content to acquire, retain and develop audiences.
• Create and optimise advice, impact and fundraising content for Woodgreen websites and channels.
• Increase visibility and usability of Woodgreen's digital channels through high-quality content.
• Work with analytics tools to analyse performance and inform content direction.
• Manage stakeholders including external agencies and internal campaign owners.
• Utilise CMS systems to publish and update content.
