Senior Recruitment Consultant - Analytics Recruiter in the North & Midlands (UK)

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Blackpool)

Reporting to: Performance Marketing Manager

I’m working with a fantastic, values-driven brand to help them find an SEO Coordinator who’s ready to make an impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting SEO strategy execution across content optimisation and technical audits
• Working closely with content and web teams to ensure SEO copy is on-brand and on-point
• Collaborating with an agency — reviewing recommendations, spotting missed opportunities, and helping shape organic growth
• Reporting on rankings, running audits, and sharing insights that lead to real improvements

Skills and Experience:

• Has a real passion for digital marketing and is eager to grow their SEO skills
• Brings some hands-on SEO or digital experience (client-side preferred)
• Is confident using tools like GSC, GA4, SE Ranking, Ahrefs or similar
• Loves working collaboratively and fits well in a team that mixes creativity with performance
