Job summary

Harnham is seeking an SEO, Content & Automations Manager in London. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) with a £45,000–£60,000 salary plus benefits.

You will own SEO performance, content production and workflow automation across a growing digital business. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day SEO strategy, creating AI-driven search strategies, and building scalable automation workflows using n8n, Zapier or Make.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in SEO, Content Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Screaming Frog.
• Experience building workflow automations using tools such as n8n, Zapier or Make.
• Strong interest in AI search, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.

About the Role

We are recruiting for an SEO, Content & Automations Manager to take ownership of SEO performance, content production and workflow automation across a growing digital business.

This is a hands-on role combining traditional SEO expertise with emerging AI search optimisation and automation. You'll play a key role in improving organic visibility, enhancing content performance and developing automated workflows that increase efficiency across marketing operations.
