Onyx-Conseil is seeking an SEO Account Manager / SEO Specialist based in Birmingham with hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 days at home). The role offers £28,000 - £32,000 with progression, training, and a vibrant agency culture.

You will work across technical SEO, content, digital PR, PPC and more to deliver measurable improvements in visibility, traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate has at least two years of SEO experience, strong analytical skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data analysis and pivot tables.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Hotjar or CRO tools would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of SEO experience, preferably within an agency environment, alongside strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
