A leading company in Manchester is seeking an experienced SEO professional to manage client accounts and drive strategic SEO initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring campaign success through data-driven insights. Ideal candidates will have a strong SEO background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning in the field.
Client Account Management: Act as the primary contact for your clients, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations. Manage expectations around delivery timelines, campaign results, and strategic direction. Take part in client calls and meetings, contributing insights and updates with confidence.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal specialists to deliver cohesive, effective campaigns. Collaborate with the Content and Digital PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Partner with the SEO Data Analyst and SEO Strategists to obtain data that will help shape roadmaps.
Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns. Work closely with Content and Digital PR teams for integrated efforts. Collaborate with SEO Data Analysts and Strategists to gather data for strategic planning.
Development: Attend training sessions, complete relevant certifications, and work with senior team members to enhance your SEO knowledge.
Innovation: Keep up-to-date with SEO news, algorithm updates, and emerging trends.
Mentorship: Support SEO Executives through task delegation, guidance, training, and feedback.
Performance: Create insightful reports for clients by adding commentary in Agency Analytics, highlighting performance trends linked to completed work. Use data to inform ongoing strategies. Ensure dashboards report accurately and no data is missing. Communicate how our work contributes to client KPIs and engage clients to ensure understanding.
Strategy: Own SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients, with support from senior team members for complex challenges. Collaborate with SEO Strategists and Data Analysts to refine plans, ensuring alignment with KPIs. Responsible for day-to-day implementation, quality assurance, and continuous performance improvement.
