Location: Wales, UK (Travel Required)

As we expand our wind turbine fleet in the UK, we're seeking Wind Turbine Technicians to lead onboarding of new turbines and enhance our expertise on the Senvion platform. This role suits those skilled in turbine maintenance, troubleshooting, and eager to share knowledge and support team operations.

Your Role

You will be instrumental in bringing new turbines up to standard by assessing conditions, troubleshooting, and making adjustments for optimal performance. A key focus will be resolving issues during walk-downs to ensure turbines are ready for operation.

You will also focus on developing our Senvion platform expertise, guiding maintenance and troubleshooting efforts, and ensuring turbines operate efficiently. Hands-on work, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and collaborating remotely to analyze data will be part of your responsibilities.

Additionally, you will have opportunities to mentor fellow technicians, sharing your knowledge and supporting team development.

You enjoy problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and improving turbine performance within a collaborative team environment.

Minimum Requirements
• Level 3 Electrical/Mechanical qualification or equivalent wind industry experience.
• Senvion wind turbine troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in resolving walk-down issues.
• Willingness to travel to various sites.
• Full UK driver’s license and ability to travel internationally.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Willing to participate in a weekend on-call rota.
