Are you dynamic and want to make a difference in how we deliver public services?
If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join our experienced, motivated and passionate team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will provide, organise and deliver Sensory Training, develop content in British Sign Language (BSL) for social media, engage with communities, staff and other key professionals to understand and address the needs of local communities regarding sensory impairments.
You will have experience working in sensory environments, engaging with communities, and delivering training. You will also have experience leading community group work in line with the See Hear Strategy and the BSL (Scotland) Act, as well as coordinating outreach and engagement activities. Strong communication skills, a flexible and positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. The ability to manage your own workload and use initiative is also required.
