Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sensory or quality assurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train sensory panellists.
• Lead daily panel sessions following protocols and collecting data.
• Monitor and coach panellists for consistency and performance.
• Deliver refresher training to panellists.
• Foster a positive, focused panel environment.
• Maintain training records and proficiency tracking.
• Ensure correct sample preparation and environmental controls.
• Operate sensory software (Fizz Acquisition, EyeQuestion).
• Prepare and maintain sensory evaluation reports with clear documentation.
• Maintain testing facilities and equipment per SOPs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sensory protocols and documentation.
• Ensure ethical and unbiased testing environments.
