Sensitivity Review Service Information Rights Lead

£43,200 - £45,030 plus a location allowance of £5,000 and excellent benefits

Based in King Charles Street, London with the flexibility of hybrid working depending on business need

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advising on the application of Information Rights legislation
  2. Protecting secure data
  3. Handling Information Commissioner’s Office complaints
  4. Addressing issues relating to Freedom of Information (FOI), GDPR, and the Data Protection Act
  5. Providing guidance on the nuances of information rights and data protection challenges
  6. Staying updated with new and emerging case law and relevant legislation

Qualifications:

  1. Deep knowledge of information rights legislation, including the Freedom of Information Act and the Data Protection Act
  2. Practitioner certificate in data protection and information rights or extensive experience in navigating data privacy laws and regulations
  3. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to influence colleagues and customers at all levels
  5. Effective decision-making skills to ensure high-quality service delivery
