Hourly Rate - £13.00
Micro Provider & Self Employed PA's Rate of Pay (£/per hour) - £15.60
Hours Per Week - 8 Hours PW
How will the hours be used - 4 hours on Monday and 4 hours on Friday

Job Description
Sensible PA required to support for 8 hours per week on a Monday and a Friday (4 hours per day) PA will need to have experience/knowledge around Autism/ADHD and sensory processing. This role will be supporting young man who loves gaming but would like to get out the house and do activities out in the community. PA will need to be a driver due to the nature of the role.
Planning what to cook for meals, going out to the shop to purchase the ingredients and then have support to cook and clean up. He would like the PA to be able to support him to explore potential apprenticeship options, such as in game development, tattoo artist, art/design or animal care. In addition, he would appreciate support from PA to apply for some part-time work which would suit him, such as small independent shops which are not as busy as larger stores. The PA could also support him with attending local community events which are within his interests such as Warhammer community groups. The PA could also support him to develop self-care habits such as personal hygiene, exercise (attending gym, contact sports/not rugby). Also to explore potential alternative living in future as he would like to live independently in supported living placement. He would like support to learn some independent living skills. Ideally, he would like if the PA can provide motivation and encouragement to create plans for the day which he will then try to implement and sustain in his daily life.
