Job role: Senior Support Worker

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Homes2Inspire are seeking a Senior Support Worker for their children’s residential home in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will assist the management team in directing support staff and ensuring the monitoring of children and young people's behaviour, safety, and well-being.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential. As a shift leader, you will lead by example, uphold standards, and prioritize safeguarding.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (as per Ofsted requirements)
  • Willingness to work shift patterns including sleep-in duties and overtime
  • Full UK driving licence
