Job summary

Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator for its London office. The role reports to the EMEA Senior Manager, Workplace Experience, supporting a world-class G&A function and scalable programs across sites.

In this role you will drive end-to-end workplace experience, oversee facilities operations, and collaborate with People teams to foster engagement and a strong culture in a hybrid, security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Workplace or Hospitality with site lead experience.
• Facilities management qualifications or trainings (IWFM Level 4+, IOSH, CoreNet, or MCR).
• Experience in change management, vendor administration, and operational workflows.
• Curiosity to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure best-in-class end-to-end workplace experience for employees and guests across managed sites.
• Oversee workspace services operations including mailroom, security, janitorial, food & beverage, parking and amenities.
• Align physical layouts with organizational needs using space management practices.
• Oversee vendor management to ensure top-tier service and compliance with budgets.
• Develop and execute workplace projects aligning with local and global strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People Team and other departments on engagement activities.
