Your expertise will ensure workforce supply aligns with demand, balancing organisational priorities with financial and operational considerations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights, identifying trends and risks while enabling proactive workforce planning.
You are an analytical leader with extensive experience in workforce planning, data analytics, and strategic forecasting. Your ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets makes you a trusted advisor to leadership teams. You have a strong understanding of workforce trends and data governance, and you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You are skilled in using advanced analytics tools and have a track record of driving workforce optimisation through data-led strategies.
