Your Role

As the Senior Workforce Data & Insights Manager, you will play a key role in delivering workforce analytics and strategic insights that inform leadership decisions. You will develop forecasting models, conduct scenario planning, and provide evidence-based recommendations to optimise workforce deployment for the next 2 to 5 years. Your expertise will ensure workforce supply aligns with demand, balancing organisational priorities with financial and operational considerations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights, identifying trends and risks while enabling proactive workforce planning.

About You

You are an analytical leader with extensive experience in workforce planning, data analytics, and strategic forecasting. Your ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets makes you a trusted advisor to leadership teams. You have a strong understanding of workforce trends and data governance, and you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You are skilled in using advanced analytics tools and have a track record of driving workforce optimisation through data-led strategies.

  • Significant experience in workforce analytics, strategic workforce planning, or data insights
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Expertise in data modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
