There is a recognised gap in the number of males aged 18-30 accessing treatment, with research suggesting that issues related to hyper-masculinity may be a contributing factor. As a result, we're offering a unique opportunity to become a Senior Dependency and Recovery Coordinator within the In Your Corner project, an innovative programme addressing the negative attributes of masculinity.
This role aims to develop and deliver interventions that tackle these behaviours while increasing the appeal of services to this underrepresented group.
Brighton & Crawley (Flexible travel required)
37.5 hours per week
£32,002.35- £34,214.21 dependent on experience, pro rata for part time
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
As a Senior Worker, you will:
This role requires a skilled and experienced professional who can assess group and individual dynamics, responding in real time to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
We're seeking someone who can serve as a supportive and relatable guide for others, bringing authenticity, empathy, and leadership to this critical work. You'll be confident in delivering tailored interventions, working independently, and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. A personal vehicle for travel across the area is desirable or be able to demonstrate the ability to reliably travel between services.
