- ADVISE: Support clients in transforming their HR functions through organizational redefinition and HRIS digitalization.
- IMPLEMENT: Carry out technical and functional implementation projects of HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise) in partnership with market leaders.
- RUN: Offer payroll outsourcing services leveraging our global payroll expertise.
YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will collaborate with client teams to lead functional areas, define project scope, and deliver tailored Workday solutions.
- Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs.
- Mentor junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities.
- Engage in all phases of Workday HCM implementation, taking roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Designer, Tester, or Trainer.
- Contribute to the development of our service offerings and business growth initiatives.
- Travel to client sites or attend global events as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management.
- Experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions.
- Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Translate requirements into configuration options and advise on solution evolution.
- Experience facilitating workshops, creating design documents, conducting user acceptance testing, and training end-users.
- Follow Workday Methodology to ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude, capable of leading and supporting project deployment.
- Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with at least 10 complete Workday project cycles is preferred.
- Workday Core HCM certification is required.
