Job summary

RSM UK Group LLP is seeking an experienced Workday Engineer to design, build and extend enterprise-grade Workday solutions across Build, Extend and Prism platforms. You will mentor the internal Workday team and collaborate with product development, functional experts, and architecture to deliver secure and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will own governance and SDLC adherence, with a focus on data models, security, integrations, and change management, ensuring on-time

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on Workday development; 4+ years in software development.
Strong grasp of Workday data model, security, business processes, custom objects/orgs, calculated fields, and reports/RaaS.
Proficiency with REST APIs and Workday Integration patterns (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

End-to-end design and delivery of Workday solutions across Build, Extend, Prism, and associated Orchestrations.
Embed RSMs SDLC governance framework and establish consistent data models, UI, workflows, AI development, and integration methodologies.
Ensure all solutions adhere to the enterprise change management and release framework.
Apply security architecture with product and solution design (domains, roles, access models and segregation of duties).
Operate effectively within a fast paced, deadline driven delivery model, managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Drive speed to value whilst maintaining quality and control discipline; lead complex initiatives including multi-source, orchestration and advanced platform capabilities.
