Senior Wordings Specialist, Casualty

Do you have in-depth knowledge of policy wordings within the Casualty environment, gained ideally from a broking environment but also potentially from Legal, Claims, or Underwriting sectors?

What the day will look like

This role sits within our Casualty Practice, which covers our global business portfolio including International and US Casualty, Product Recall, Healthcare, and the Digital Economy.

• Review, negotiate, and agree on wordings documentation promptly, aligning with market practices and client needs.
• Ensure wordings are clear and concise; work closely with brokers and clients to resolve technical issues until final agreement.
• Participate in tender activities by reviewing wording documentation within client submissions.
• Assist in servicing and developing our product portfolio by optimizing facility wordings.
• Collaborate across teams and with internal stakeholders on projects to support tailored client solutions.
