ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east, and then ship directly to our customers via ARNEclo.com. We have recently expanded and are now also available through Selfridges, both in store and online.

We have ambitious objectives over the next decade, including new product launches in shoes and womenswear, paid media campaigns, CRM activities, and international growth to amplify our brand assets.

Reporting to our Head of Garment Technology & Quality Control, you'll be a key part of our Garment Technologist team, ensuring all samples and comments are processed effectively and timely to maintain our standards in sizing and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assistant & junior garment technologist team to achieve personal objectives & ARNE's strategy.
• Ensure all ARNE Women's products meet high quality and fit standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with the product team across buying, design, merch, operations, ecommerce, and customer service for clear communication.
• Keep the critical path updated, flag issues, and ensure production deadlines are met.
• Implement the ARNE product testing strategy to ensure high-quality products.
• Support analysis of returns data and customer feedback to inform sizing and quality improvements, reducing returns.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, constantly seeking improvements with the customer in mind.
• Ensure supply base is well-informed of ARNE's quality procedures and standards, driving continuous improvement.
• Proactively make informed, commercial decisions in a growing business environment.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in womenswear.
• Relevant degree in fashion and/or garment technology.
• Passionate about product, fit, and quality.
• Strong knowledge of garment sizing, grading, patterns, and fabric testing.
