An established industry player is seeking a Senior WHS Change Manager to enhance workplace safety across its operational network. This strategic role involves collaborating with various teams to implement safety projects, manage change processes, and uphold compliance with safety standards. If you are passionate about health and safety and have a strong background in project management, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic organization.
At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth, and we're seeking an experienced Health & Safety Professional to join our EU Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Team as a Senior WHS Change Manager. In this strategic role, you'll collaborate with WHS partners to review, validate, and implement projects across our operational network, ensuring all changes align with Amazon's safety standards and receive proper stakeholder approval before deployment. You'll drive change management partnerships with organizations such as Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) and other operations departments, manage change processes for new technology and projects, and provide expertise in incident investigations, all while working closely with regional WHS teams to maintain safety compliance.
During Peak Season (October to December), you'll be located at an operational site (Customer Fulfillment, Sort Center, Delivery Station), performing either a Safety Specialist or WHS Manager role. Peak Season site locations may be in any country where Amazon operations are present in Europe (UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, etc.). This is your opportunity to help us build the safest workplace while making history with a company that's transforming the way people shop online.
