Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in London seeks an analyst to support senior partners on acquisition and disposal of premier West End commercial property. You will gather market intelligence, prepare investment appraisals and pitch materials, and identify opportunities to drive transaction activity.

You will engage with clients and investors, build relationships, and contribute to business development while gaining exposure to high-value investments in one of London’s leading markets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills with ability to interpret market data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and confidence engaging with clients and senior stakeholders.
• MRICS qualification or working towards is advantageous for the role.
• Background in commercial property, ideally within investment agency.

Responsibilities

• Support senior partners on acquisition and disposal of high-quality commercial property and investment assets in London's West End.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence including transactions, pricing, yields and investor activity.
• Identify potential buyers, investors and acquisition opportunities to support transactions.
• Prepare marketing materials, client presentations, investment appraisals and pitch documents.
• Monitor market trends and maintain up-to-date understanding of the West End investment market.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors and other market participants.
• Contribute to business development and new instruction generation.
• Assist progression of transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
