Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Principal Innovation Scientist to lead wellness innovation projects across the operating unit to drive Europe’s growth ambitions. You will partner with commercial and R&D stakeholders to sustain a balanced pipeline aligned with category priorities and bring the voice of the consumer to shape ideas throughout the lifecycle.

You will work with medical, regulatory and other technical colleagues to accelerate speed to market while ensuring compliance with local medicines

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition or related scientific discipline is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork across functions and geographies.
Clear written and oral communication with internal teams and external partners.
Experience with consumer-focused global healthcare products preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead wellness innovation projects across the OU to deliver Europe’s growth ambitions.
Partner with commercial and R&D stakeholders to support a full and balanced pipeline.
Bring consumer insights to shape innovation ideas and ensure consumer relevance.
Work with medical, regulatory and technical colleagues to accelerate speed to market.
Provide scientific leadership ensuring compliance with medicines regulation and dossier requirements.
Collaborate with procurement on sourcing strategies and innovation opportunities.
