Job summary

SLB is seeking a Senior Wellsite Coordinator for offshore drilling operations in UK waters. You will lead integrated service delivery, acting as the main interface between SLB, the Drilling Supervisor, offshore stakeholders and service providers to ensure safe, efficient well construction.

You will coordinate resources, manage risks, drive collaboration across service lines, and participate in safety and planning meetings while delivering continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience within the oil and gas industry with exposure to drilling and well construction operations.
• Strong understanding of offshore drilling operations and integrated service delivery.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within a complex operational environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
• IWCF Well Control certification.

• Assist with operational investigations, performance reviews, and reporting as required.

Job Summary:

The Senior Wellsite Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the integrated delivery of SLB services during offshore drilling operations. Acting as the primary interface between SLB, the Company's Drilling Supervisor (DSV), drilling contractors, and service providers, you will support safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of drilling programmes.

As a key member of the offshore management team, you will provide operational leadership, coordinate resources, manage risk, and drive collaboration across multiple service lines to meet customer objectives.
