The opportunity.

The Creative Studio at Quantexa is seeking an experienced Senior Website Manager and Producer to lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of our digital presence. In this full-time role, you will oversee the end-to-end production of web content, drive UX/UI improvements, and manage language localization to deliver seamless user experiences and support business objectives through a strategic web approach. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of content strategy, UX design, and web analytics. Success in this role requires a sharp ability to prioritize, effectively manage projects, align stakeholder feedback, and translate insights into impactful implementations.

What you'll be doing.

The ideal candidate will partner with the Brand Design Director and Marketing Leadership to define strategy, develop a roadmap, and implement tactical processes to establish and maintain a top-tier B2B digital presence, focusing on continuous performance improvement. This role will collaborate closely with content producers, designers, marketers, and developers to elevate an already engaging and business-focused digital experience.

  1. Serves as the primary owner of our .com management, including content audits, design updates, data flow to internal systems, and the overall website health. Collaborates cross-functionally with stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Demand Generation to accomplish shared goals.
  2. Manages digital projects from scoping and requirements gathering, through sign-off, QA, and launch.
  3. Works with the digital design and development teams to build bespoke responsive landing pages and content hubs in Storyblok from Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  4. Partners with the Demand Generation team to drive technical SEO efforts, ensuring our website is optimized for target keywords and properly set up to increase organic traffic.
  5. Defines and executes an 18-month digital optimization strategy, delivering regular updates and managing sprint capacity and cadence with the digital design and development teams.
  6. Leads website localization efforts to ensure content is accurately translated and culturally adapted for target markets, enhancing user experience and engagement across global audiences.
  7. Manages migration efforts resulting from acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration, consistent branding, and optimized performance.
  8. Monitors KPIs and translate data insights into actionable recommendations to boost user engagement and conversion rates. Prepares regular performance reports for senior leadership.
  9. Creates a web governance structure to ensure continuous content and components monitoring, refreshing and retiring in alignment with business goals.
  10. Evaluates new tools and explores opportunities to leverage AI to enhance optimization efforts.
  11. Works with Information Security to implement and maintain security measures that protect the site and sensitive data.

Requirements

What you'll bring.

  1. Extensive experience in B2B web publishing or development, with a strong technical foundation in Next.js, React, CSS, and responsive design frameworks.
  2. Proven experience of working with and managing enterprise web CMS platforms, web development technologies, and website analytics tools.
  3. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and layouts, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with marketers, designers, and developers.
  4. Experience optimizing and maintaining a portfolio of digital properties through UX/UI and content improvements.
  5. Experience localizing and migrating websites, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and a seamless user experience.
  6. Experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager.
  7. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and leverage statistical best practices.
  8. Well organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects with complex requirements with no oversight, excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

  1. Experience with Storyblok, Netlify, MarkUp.
  2. Prior experience with instrumenting A/B tests and content targeting.
  3. Experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  4. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
