Job summary
Powster is seeking a Senior Creative Software Engineer in London to lead immersive WebGL experiences and frontend development across music and movie clients. You will collaborate with creatives and engineers to deliver high-concept websites and AR activations, working onsite in Central London on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
You’ll bring 4+ years in frontend WebGL development, strong JS (Node/React), ThreeJS, and a portfolio showing creative, interactive work.
Qualifications
- Proven 4+ years as Frontend Software Engineer in WebGL development.
- Full ownership of the SDLC from ideation to delivery of web apps.
- A creative portfolio demonstrating range of projects.
- Strong JavaScript stack with Node.js/React and ThreeJS/WebGL.
- Strong eye for design and translating designs into interactive experiences.
- Experience driving new tech for immersive websites and AI-driven activations.
- Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend development for immersive WebGL projects.
- Shape performance and future of unique web products.
- Collaborate with creatives and engineers for delivery.
- Own SDLC from concept through QA to deployment.
