Job summary

Powster, a central London creative studio, seeks a Senior Creative Software Engineer to spearhead WebGL activations and interactive web experiences for premier clients. You’ll lead projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with creatives and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring 4+ years of frontend WebGL experience, a strong design sensibility, and the ability to translate visuals into engaging, performant web experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years as a Frontend Software Engineer leading and working within WebGL development.
• Full ownership of the software development lifecycle from ideation collaboration, development, QA to delivery of web-based applications.
• Strong eye for design with talent for translating beautiful static designs into interactive experiences.
• Drive new technology capability & ideas within immersive website, WebGL & AI domains.
• Mobile-first approach to developing responsive UI across devices; experience with CSS frameworks like SASS.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend WebGL development and immersive activations.
• Own the full SDLC from ideation to delivery of web applications.
• Translate complex designs into engaging interactive experiences with strong UI.
• Drive new tech capabilities in immersive websites, WebGL & AI.
