Responsibilities

• Web Product Ownership and Improvement: Accountable for AQA's website and associated operations, driving continuous improvements in web services and platforms.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders within MLT, C&P, and across AQA and third-party vendors; align web operations with stakeholder needs.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of web operations, ensuring smooth running, optimization, and alignment with business goals; implement efficient workflow practices.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the web operations team; foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
