Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Senior Web Engineer to own and improve the marketing web platform, delivering scalable, CMS-driven experiences across its digital properties.

You will lead development of templates and components, partner with design, content, marketing, and operations, and uphold standards for performance, accessibility, and analytics while reducing technical debt. A hybrid London-based framework is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of web development experience, including marketing websites and CMS-driven experiences.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing sites.
• Strong ability to translate design/content/marketing requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex website features, templates, and CMS-driven experiences across marketing and corporate properties.
• Translate requirements into responsive, scalable, accessible web experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scope, build, test, launch, and monitor new pages and enhancements.
• Maintain and evolve CMS architecture to empower marketing teams while reducing technical debt.
• Drive site performance, accessibility, SEO, analytics quality, and conversion-focused experiences.
• Support tagging, analytics, and GTM/CRM handoffs for marketing measurement and experimentation.
• Review work and create reusable standards and documentation to improve speed and quality.
