Overview

Senior Web Developer position with a well known Finance Company based in Peterborough. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with the product team to build new MVC websites, using Agile development methodology
• Collaborate with designers to implement frontend designs using HTML, SASS, JavaScript and Asp.Net, to deliver responsive sites that meet precise specifications
• Develop and integrate Web APIs to support the frontend sites and automate business processes
• Extend service APIs by replacing legacy services and creating service gateways for integration into legacy systems
• Set up test, UAT and live environments/continuous integration pipelines for new sites using Azure, Azure DevOps and IIS, including deployment tests to detect major issues as early as possible
• Maintain DNS records and SSL certificates for sites and services
• Research, implement and document new tools and technologies to improve workflow
• Develop Back End Systems
