Your role:
As a Senior Web Developer, you’ll take technical ownership of key projects, mentor other developers, and help shape the future of scalable web applications. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure well-architected, maintainable solutions – and you'll have real input into technical direction and innovation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the technical direction of projects, ensuring clear communication and delivery expectations across the team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Testers, and Analysts throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide technical mentorship to the team and support process improvements alongside the Principal Developer.
- Review architectural decisions, contribute to proof of concepts, and maintain development documentation and standards.
Required skills:
- Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS for frontend development.
- Strong testing skills – ideally using Jest.
- Proficient with Git version control and Git Flow branching.
- Experience with build tools like Webpack, NPM, and Docker.
- Familiarity with Azure and Kubernetes is a plus.
