Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus

Are you a Chartered Financial Adviser seeking a high-quality client bank and a stable, long-term opportunity with outstanding earning potential?

NJR Recruitment is currently supporting a highly respected wealth management firm in their search for an experienced Chartered Adviser to take over the client base of a retiring adviser. This is a rare opportunity to step into a ready-made book of loyal, long-standing clients.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Level 6 qualified (Chartered Financial Planner status essential)
  • At least 5 years' experience delivering holistic financial advice
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships across all wealth levels
  • Empathetic and client-focused, with strong interpersonal and technical skills
  • Experienced with estate planning, pensions, tax-efficient strategies, and cash flow modelling
