Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications CFP or CFA are essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Manager.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment, and wealth management.
• Knowledge of South African FAIS Act regulations.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must reside in or commute to Randburg for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored financial plans for clients, including investment, retirement, insurance, and estate planning strategies.
• Conduct thorough financial needs analyses and risk assessments for new and existing clients.
• Provide expert advice on investment products, market trends, and portfolio management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Proactively seek new client acquisition opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
• Stay updated on financial market developments, economic conditions, and new financial products.
• Collaborate with other specialists to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet and exceed established sales and service targets.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and reviews.
