Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Financial Advisor or similar client-facing role.
• Degree in Finance, Commerce or related field; CFP advantageous.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and acquire clients.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, products and planning strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with financial planning software and CRM systems.
• Willing to base in Randburg or commute there.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis for clients, understanding goals and time horizon.
• Develop and present tailored financial plans including retirement and risks.
• Recommend and implement appropriate investment products.
