Job summary
Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Senior Environmental Water Quality Consultant to join our Water Environment Team.
The role focuses on catchment investigations, nature-based solutions, and leadership across UK and Ireland, with opportunities to work across water and wastewater treatment, urban drainage and environmental economics. You will lead day-to-day technical management, develop proposals, coordinate field teams, and mentor junior staff while building strong client
Qualifications
- Hold a relevant degree and, ideally, a postgraduate qualification in water quality/catchment science.
- Background in water quality, catchment science, hydrogeology, pollution management, or limnology.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical management and input to catchment investigations and nature-based solutions across projects of all scales.
- Prepare technical proposals and reports; review outputs of colleagues and coordinate field teams.
- Build and develop client relationships and pursue new opportunities across the UK and overseas.
- Mentor junior staff to support career development and hands-on learning.
