Job summary

TWG Consulting is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering water infrastructure projects across the Bristol and South West region. The role offers £80,000 per annum plus package and opportunities to drive major AMP Water Framework initiatives.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage programme, cost, quality and safety, and build strong client and supply chain relationships. This role is based on site in Bristol/South West.

Responsibilities

• Taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of water infrastructure projects.
• Managing projects from pre-construction and mobilisation through delivery, commissioning and handover.
• Leading site teams, engineers, subcontractors and the wider supply chain.
• Managing programme, cost, quality, safety and project performance.
• Working closely with commercial teams to manage risk, change and project profitability.
• Monitoring progress against programme and implementing recovery plans where required.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to agreed standards.
• Building strong relationships with the client and key project stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Identifying project risks and opportunities throughout delivery.
• Providing accurate project reporting to senior management.
• Supporting the development and performance of the wider project team.
