Job summary

WSP is seeking a Wastewater Modeller to deliver urban drainage and wastewater models using InfoWorks ICM across a national water team. The role offers opportunities to grow technical capability and leadership within a renowned engineering practice.

You will contribute to major UK water projects, collaborate with clients, and develop skills towards chartership while benefiting from our flexible work arrangements and knowledge-sharing culture.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree and chartered, or progressing toward ICE/IEI/IoW/CIWEM.
• Experience with wastewater hydraulic modelling (InfoWorks ICM) and ability to check others' outputs.
• Knowledge of Water Industry Specifications and related standards.
• Good presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and enhance wastewater and urban drainage models using InfoWorks ICM
• Contribute technical expertise across wastewater and drainage projects
• Support the team lead with day-to-day project delivery and review of outputs
• Apply independent engineering judgement and contribute innovative solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support project meetings
• Contribute to business development and proposal preparation
• Support learning and knowledge sharing across the team
